Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to the Site. We value and uphold the intellectual property rights of others and, in return, expect the same level of respect for our rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), as stated in Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their authorized representative can issue a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent. As an internet service provider, we are eligible for immunity under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA for infringement claims.
